Private / Internal Production System
I maintain and improve an existing production CRM supporting day-to-day
business operations, focusing on database infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment
reliability, and production maintenance.

This is a private internal company system. Source code and live access
cannot be shared publicly.
Production contributions
My Role
I contribute to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of an application
that was already in production; I did not build the CRM from scratch.
Challenge
As the CRM grew, application builds on the production server became slow,
unreliable, and resource-intensive.
Solution
I moved builds to GitHub Actions, where CI builds Docker images and
publishes them to GitHub Container Registry (GHCR). Production now pulls
pre-built images for deployment. Selective frontend/API builds and parallel
processing avoid unnecessary work and improve release reliability.

- Migrated the production PostgreSQL database.
- Fixed and improved the existing CI/CD pipeline.
- Maintained production deployments and troubleshot production and deployment issues.
- Moved Docker builds from the production server to CI, publishing images to GHCR.
- Optimized the workflow with selective frontend/API builds and parallel processing.
Result
A faster, more reliable, and more maintainable deployment process, with
less build workload on the production server.
